Dr Heather Philp

Dr Heather Philp is a passionate and enthusiastic science tutor. Holding degrees from the universities of Sussex, Aberdeen and Iceland, she has more than ten years’ experience in teaching at all levels.

Her tutees consistently get great results with more than 90% of her A-level candidates achieving an A or A* in the last three years. She has tutored students from some of the most prestigious schools including Eton, Tonbridge and Benenden.

The foundation of her approach is to build confidence and enthusiasm in her tutees. She is extremely patient & able to come up with new and innovative ways to help students overcome their challenges. Many of her former students have gained a place on competitive university courses such as medicine, veterinary medicine and dentistry.
